Deliciously sweet heat developed especially for cooking barbecue low and slow. Hand blended from brown sugar, turbinado, kosher sea salt, ancho, cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno, garlic, onion, mustard, ginger, allspice, paprika, cinnamon, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and a pinch of SNAP®.

Massage a generous amount into ribs and marinate a few hours or overnight. Baste with your favorite juice, soda pop, beer, even wine and skip the store-bought sauce!

Crave pulled pork? Coat a picnic roast or pork shoulder generously with Rub® and let sit, refrigerated, for a few hours or overnight. Roast at between 225 and 250 degrees in the oven or on the grill/smoker for 8-10 hours.

Rub well on chicken pieces or pork chops and pan fry or grill.

Perfect seasoning for BBQ Baked beans.

Whisk into tomato paste with water and a squeeze of lemon or dash of vinegar and bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes. Presto! Homemade barbecue sauce.

Make from-scratch sloppy joes with onion, bell pepper, chopped tomatoes, and plenty of RUB®. A little less sloppy, way more delicious, and a healthier alternative to jarred or canned sauces.
