Morning Ritual
~Serves 1~

1/2 small ripe banana, sliced
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup plain full fat yogurt**
1/4 cup milk (reg or nut milk)**
1 tsp ADAPT

Pour all ingredients into a blender. Add a couple cubes of ice if you like.
Buzz until well blended.
Drink and enjoy.

** Most herbs and spices are fat soluble - meaning they blend more completely and absorb into you better when delivered with a little fat but don't stress about it! Even a low fat yogurt or kefir will work and taste great here. The milk ( I love coconut or almond) but even regular milk will work - help to emulsify the smoothie. You could easily substitute water or your favorite juice.
