HEAL

HEAL is essentially prepared like a tea, ground from whole dried turmeric and ginger root and black peppercorn with sweet cardamom, clove, and cinnamon to give that familiar Chai taste and deliver even more ayurvedic benefits. SALT FREE.

Bring to boil half a teaspoon of HEAL in a cup of coconut milk (or water, or other milk product, as your diet permits) for five to ten minutes. Strain, and sweeten with honey. Sip, savor, and sigh with contentedness.

Originally developed to steep in a milk type product, it can also be brewed with green, black, or red teas for a delicious Chai flavor.

Served warm for a restful night’s sleep, or iced for a refreshing beverage, this beverage will surely change how you think about natural remedies.
