Ayurveda attempts to explain balance in the human condition by three mind/body types. We carry all three, but one tends to be dominant, and when out of balance, problematic. When out of balance, Vata types are stressed and need to be calmed. This Vata Churna is blended ginger, coriander, fenugreek, ashwaganda, ajwain, cumin, long pepper, nigella, black pepper, sea salt,  turbinado, cardamom, and clove.

Enjoy this sweet and savory blend on sauteed seafood like salmon or trout to nourish and soothe.

Mix up a sweet chutney of chopped dates, soaked raisins, grated ginger, orange juice and CALM®. Serve over grilled or roasted meats, vegetables, or grains.

Grill or roast sweet potato slices brushed with olive oil or ghee and a generous sprinkle of CALM®.

Sprinkle on hot buttered popcorn or nuts for a good for you treat.
