Ayurveda attempts to explain balance in the human condition by three mind/body types. We carry all three, but one tends to be dominant, and when out of balance, problematic. When out of balance, Kapha types feel sluggish and need to be energized. This Kapha Churna is blended turmeric, ginger, coriander, black cumin, brown mustard, cinnamon, long pepper, black pepper, cumin, cardamom, chitrak, punarnava, and clove. SALT FREE.

Spice up lentil, split pea, dal, or vegetable soups and stews.

Season black beans and sautéed green peppers and onions and serve in warmed corn tortillas with plenty of shredded romaine, a squeeze of lime, and tomato salsa for a new take on soft tacos.

Season chicken and simple stir-fry veggies like carrot, onion, and spinach with fresh ginger and garlic. Serve over energy giving basmati and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds for a nourishing and delicious boost.
